Instagram Wants Influencers to Make More Money
Instagram continues to introduce new features designed to help creators make more money from the platform.
Features include ads on IGTV videos, digital badges for Instagram Live, merchandise sales through Instagram Shopping, new shopping features and an expansion of Brand Collabs Manager, allowing sponsored campaigns between companies and creators.
It’s part of the continued monetization of the platform – and opens up some interesting opportunities for brands to advertise and collaborate, and for celebrities, influencers and artists to generate real revenue.
