Twitter Introduces New Feed Layout
Twitter has now introduced a new feed layout to iOS users in the form of a âswipeable timeline.â The new layout will enable users to swipe between a âFor Youâ timeline (of recommended Tweets) and âFollowingâ (a chronological timeline of Tweets by people you follow).
The accuracy of recommendations in the âFor Youâ feed is dependent on Twitterâs algorithm, which certainly has room for improvement. We do think, however, that being able to choose the mode in which you view the feed is a good addition to the platform.
