Twitter's live audio conversation feature, Spaces, has been opened up to users with over 600 Followers. Limiting who this is available too retains some of that exclusivity that made Clubhouse a success.
This looks like an interesting opportunity for users of the platform – opening up a new way for artists and brands to communicate with their fanbase.
Twitter has also begun rolling out a “Tip Jar” feature that allows creators to be paid directly by supporters through services such as PayPal – a great way to monetise the platform.
Another positive update from twitter is that images posted to the platform will no longer be cropped and instead will be shown in full.
