YouTube will now provide more specific insights into new and returning viewers and how they engage with content in isolation – providing separate measures for each viewer cohort, which may help content creators pinpoint what content is attracting new viewers. Â

The expanded data will now be viewable under the “New and Returning Viewers” tab, a dedicated space to reference analytics.Â
