Hashtags are back! Well, sort of, as Instagram is launching its Discovery Tab, where hashtags are key.  

This new Instagram tab will allow users to toggle between their regular feed and a specialised area dedicated to content related to their chosen hashtags. 

Not only could this be a huge factor in generating creator exposure and pushing content towards relevant demographics, but it will also help users organise and control their viewed content. 

Although Instagram is technically resurrecting a previous feature, the development of hashtag discovery is exciting and could be a game-changer for many users.
