That’s why we made the decision to become a Good Business Charter and Living Wage Employee accredited. We recognise how important it is to be held accountable and are delighted that these two organisations are holding us to such high standards.

The Good Business Charter recognises responsible business practices over 10 components crucial to the success of any workplace. These are: real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee well-being, employee representations, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing and prompt payments.  

The Real Living Wage similarly emphasises the importance of employee wellbeing and is the only UK wage rate that is voluntarily paid by over 7,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve not the minimum wage – but instead, one which meets everyday needs. With the rising cost of living, we believe that our staff should be fairly compensated for their hard work and creative ideas are committed to paying the real living wage as an absolute minimum.

‍Looking to the Future

We are currently a paperless office, working in a collaborative and inclusive workspace. In addition to our comprehensive and up to date environmental policies, we also offer fair and flexible working hours to allow our staff greater freedom.

We strive to support the communities we work in – whether that’s charity projects, like MakeMasks4Carers, or taking part in industry panels to support young local professionals in the music industry. As we move forwards, we have plans to engage in further charity work, and take initiatives to advance our sustainability within the office and beyond.
